Tired of tangled top sheets?
I adopted the Austrian technique of making an “envelope” (two sheets and two long zippers at the end) for my duvet which I wash on occasion with my bottom sheet.
I had the Austrian-style duvet made in Canada that only extends to the edges of the bed instead of the customary American over-the-edge-style which keeps the weight from pulling on my toes.
In this way there is no need for a top sheet. “Making the bed” consists of grabbing hold of the bottom of the duvet and giving a brisk shake.
